What Does Valentine’s Day Mean To You? and Giveaway! Enter to Win!-Exp 2/3

I remember as a child sharing valentine’s day candy and cards with my fellow classmates and friends. It was fun to read the cards that had funny sayings on them and to see who they came from. I would spend quite a bit of time writing out my cards because I wanted to give the really special ones to the people who meant the most to me.

Now that I am and adult it means so much more because I can share Valentine’s Day with my significant other, my kids and my family. My mom loves to bake and I make some great chocolate dipped strawberries so we get together and make cookies, candy or fruit for the family. My mom and I have been doing this for the last several years so I guess it’s our tradition.  It’s wonderful to be surrounded by people that you love and to be able to do something special for them to show your appreciation.
